John Tully is an architect and urban designer. He is a founder and a principal at KTGY, a full-service architectural and planning firm established in 1991. KTGY has delivered a depth and breadth of successful design solutions for: planning, urban design, and architecture including residential, mixed-use and retail projects.

John believes it takes more than great ideas to design great places. It takes great people. At KTGY he fosters the energy, talent and creativity of the staff to converge with a dedication to exceptional service in order to deliver successful architectural and planning solutions. For more than two decades, KTGY has been as passionate about connecting with clients and their objectives as they are about design and creativity. Their designs are inspiring and innovative, yet ever mindful of project goals.

At KTGY, John Tully has been a visionary for urban and community design from infill to large scaled planned communities for more than 30 years. His work with public regulatory agencies and processing various land use entitlements has benefited developers and property owners alike. His expertise has been most widely recognized in the Las Vegas market, which has led him to work on more than 50 master planned communities and several million square feet of infill projects.
