Spring Connections

Greetings CAED Community,

I am proud to share our spring issue of Connections Quarterly.

Please join me in celebrating: the CAED alumni behind the William and Linda Frost Center for Research and Innovation, alumni leaders of professional associations, a design-build project using fire-salvaged redwood at Swanton Ranch, national awards for our students from the SOM Foundation and the Landscape Architecture Foundation, and our commemoration of the 50th anniversary of our landscape architecture program.

As we look forward to spring commencement and spending our last days on campus with this year’s graduating class, I wish to thank all our faculty, alumni and friends for your continued support of our college and our remarkable students. Graduates, congratulations on all your achievements at Cal Poly. I cannot wait to see the many ways you will shape the future of the built environment.

Sincerely,

Christine Theodoropoulos, Dean
